Early access terms

Confirmy is currently offered as an early-access workflow for COD sellers. These summary terms explain the current setup.

Beta product

Confirmy is still onboarding early users. Features, limits, and operational details may change as the workflow improves.

Trial and pricing

The free trial includes a limited message allowance. After that trial, sending pauses until a paid plan is agreed based on expected sending volume.

Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for the order data, customer communication content, and store workflows they choose to run through Confirmy.

Support
