Overview
Confirmy provides digital software services for e-commerce order confirmation and automation.
Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to the platform after payment, all payments are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be accepted only in limited situations, including:
- The payment was made by mistake
- A duplicate payment was charged
- The refund request is sent within 1 hour of the payment
- The service has not been substantially used after purchase
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- The platform or subscription has already been actively used
- The user changes their mind after purchase
- The user does not use the service after subscribing
- The refund request is sent more than 1 hour after payment
- Violation of our Terms of Service

Your request should include:
- Your account email address
- Payment date
- Reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed manually and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not automatically generate refunds for payments already processed.
Abuse Prevention
Confirmy reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the platform
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated refund requests
- Attempts to misuse promotional or trial offers
